And They Call It...Puppy Loooove

Isn't my little Bandit adorable? He entertains me for hours, sometimes nipping at my heels to remind me to come outside and play with him or give him a good scratchin'. The new pup in the Ledbetter house is all about love. He loves me even when his puppy chow bowl runs dry, when I forget to play fetch with him, and when I have to be away from home. He makes me smile, even when he's "bad."

And that's how I feel about you (yeah...YOU).

I hope your Sunday is great and relaxing, or full of accomplishments and projects scratched off the to-do list, if that's what peels your apple. Take some time to appreciate and tell those who fill your life with unconditional love how much it means to you. And if there's any time before Monday morning rolls around again, grab a nap! :)

Oh, I almost forgot. Ran across this nifty contest mentioned on another blog. It's for a really gorgeous painting a talented artist made in honor of her bloggiversary, so go enter if you've a mind to.

Dogs are in the dog house today. BBC news reported that two in Wales killed a toddler that was staying over with Gran, (their owner) - and they were looked upon a family pets. Anybody can have my share of pooches, any day.

I'm preparing a birthday meal for my dad today, a party for him. He's 87 this week! I'm sure I'll nap after this.

You love me even when I'm bad? Thank goodness, since that's most of the time. As you know, I'm a cat person (just like you, right Angie??!!!) - however, I might go out on a limb here and say that Bandit's the cutest thing on four legs that ISN'T a cat!;-)

We had a sudden meltdown in the Philly area. Fifty degrees at 7:00 AM and the four inches of snow that fell Wednesday melted into puddles. My dog came bounding in after her morning poop, barking at us to get our butts in gear and get outside to enjoy the day.

What a cutie! No better way to spend a quiet weekend day than with a being who thinks the sun rises and sets on you, and who always wants to play.

Bandit is adorable.

Taking a nap on the weekend is wonderful. Stretch out on the couch, cover up with a blanket and snooze.

Debbie, truth be told, probably more so. ('Splains a lot about my household, dontcha think?) :)

Thank you, Michelle. "I know you are, but what am I?"

blueviolet...LOVE your blog. Glad you came by so I could follow the bread crumbs back to your place.

Aww, Jinksy. Always a bad apple in the bunch, huh?

Thanks, Janie. He's mastered the use of the doggie door already, so he's getting in and out alone!

2nd Cup, what an awesome event! Please tell him happy birthday from your blogging buddies. And DO get a nap.

Glad spring's visiting there, Nannette. :)

Amen to dat, Deb Shucka.

Helen, hope you caught a few zzz's.

It's all been said, but what a little cutie pie! Boston Terrier? My little Lucy-Maude would be flirting with Bandit, shamelessly!

My favorite part of the day, is when we both fall asleep on the recliner, after a long day at the garden center... true love, indeed!
