You Might Be A Cajun...
Don't know where she gets 'em, but friend Marion sent me the creme de la creme of groom's cakes, and to make it even better, this one comes from a recent wedding in New Iberia, Louisiana -- the very heart of Cajun Country! Tell me this isn't cool. [For you culinarily stunted folk, it's boiled crawfish and fixin's, and a pretty realistic representation too.]
