Support Our Online Community

I'm making a list and checking it twice, gonna find out who's naughty and nice...oh, wait, wrong song! But I am thinking about the upcoming holidays and all the shopping that usually involves.

In an effort to stop the insanity of last minute scratching for gifts this year, I'm going to do the bulk of my shopping online. It's a great way to avoid the mad crush in the overpriced mall, but most of all, shopping with indie online artists & artisans is a great way to support our online community!

The gifts are unique, handcrafted, beautiful and many times, economical even when you include moderate shipping charges. You'll love browsing the art, photography, crafts, luxury items, specialized poetry, pet accessories, jewelry, toys and so much more.

I'll keep adding to and rerunning this resource list every so often, and in the meantime, please feel free to contribute your favorite links for cool cyber shops or blogs. And if you want to tweet this post and/or use the links for a post of your own, be my guest. {You can copy and paste the links to a Word doc or into an email to yourself for easy reference so you don't have to keep coming back here...not that I don't LOVE when you visit! LOL}

Kat Magendie is running her links simultaneously, so visit her also. If I've left off someone, let me know and I'll add ya in real quick.

Now, let the shopping begin...........

Thank you for the great list of links and for mentioning me in it!

Great list. And, for the record, it's totally a mistake that my name appeared on the 'naughty' list. I mean, that Elf compiling the list was reading his dental school books and only typing with one hand. : )

Well, thank you so much for the mention of THE MARTINI DIVA™! That is the link to my blog where I post all my free recipes on fun recipe cards. . .

BUT, just to let you know I also have a shop where I sell the most fun Martini Art on Tees, Cups, Posters, Cards & other gift items: The Martini Diva™ Boutique.

I'm also just starting a great line of miniature, original paintings called the Pop Art Divas that are starting at $25!

I would like to personally thank you for promoting all these online businesses of craftspeople and artists - the arts and those who contribute to them can use all the support we can get and the best part is you get a unique hand-crafted gift that can't be found at a chain store!

May Santa bring you and extra special Christmas this year!

PopArtDiva aka The Martini Diva and The Normal Challenged Artist.

I can't believe you're so thought organized that you're already thinking about Christmas shopping! VERY VERY impressive! I'm both LOVE and hate online shopping. LOVE it for the convenience...hate it because it robs me of that warm holiday shopping feeling...and the token Starbucks w/ cookie drive-by to keep the high energy shopping spirit.
