Friday Foibles ~~ Newspaper No-no

Don't be tardy for the party -- oh, wait, that's the theme song of late for the Housewives of Atlanta that has turned into an earworm which won't get out of my head!

Anywayyyyyy, thanks to friend Marion for sending this to me. Hope it helps gets your weekend started off the right way. No matter which side of the animal rights equation you count yourself, I hope you'll enjoy this installment of Friday Foibles...

...uh, yeah, and I'm gonna run out to my chip tree and pick me a bag of Doritos to go with my TGIF beverage...

I wonder why I'm a vegetarian when I could just eat the food in the store that wasn't harmed in order to get there. LIGHT BULB MOMENT!

Yikes! I'm not sure which is worse, the ignorance or the indignation with which it's expressed. :-)

Me thinks that a hunter posted that, to make a valid point. Maybe...

Diane...too bad we don't have those "signs" mass produced and ready to hand out on a regular basis. :)

Me too, Char.

Thanks for stopping by my Writer Sites blog! Hope you found something there helpful!

(Don't know what my bunny friend Freckles would think about the article. She'd definitely be on the side of the hunters buying their food in the store, but meat -- not so much!)

I just got a picture in my head of the butcher in the back room of Giant, looking at the long line of living cows he has to "package"

Hee hee! This is a good one.

Ironically, as a writer, one of my greatest fears is that I'll say something this stupid, publicly, in print. I've gotten pretty close before, saying something stupid in a group setting, or in a public email. :-)
