Which Key are You?

Time for some Monday brain food and a bit of fun. This keyboard key quiz only has five short questions, and the results are interesting!

Sooooo, which key are you?

I'm the ALT key. Not sure I agree with the internets on this one!! But it was fun!

I thought I would be control for sure but I was Enter! Hmm--- a whole different idea of myself. What were you?

I'm the Alt Key also . . .

Some people might find you to be strange, mysterious, and even a bit off putting.
You tend to be drawn to and influenced by alternative lifestyles. You're definitely not normal.

Once people get to know you, they realize you're interesting, intriguing, and very intelligent. You have a lot of knowledge stored in that big brain of yours. Most of it is useless knowledge, but some of it is very useful.

Unfortunately, parts of the description are true. I've always said my mind is full of useless information that only comes in handy during trivia contests, but never when I actually need it . . . like trying to figure out the square root of some obscure number, or anything to do with math for that matter.

And . . . have you been spending too much time on FaceBook? This is just like one of the gazillion quizzes on FaceBook. : )

Thanks for the morning smile.

Angie, I saw you had a quiz on here, so I had to pop by.

I'm the ALT key, too. Where do you find these things? LOL

I'm the ALT key, too, and I definitely DO NOT agree with the assessment! But it was fun to do. :-)

I'm the Esc key...

Some people might try to say that you're unreliable or flighty. But you can't help it. You're always finding yourself in sticky situations.

You're willing to bail if things are looking bad. You are quite impatient. For you, having to escape every now in then is the price of taking risks. And you're not about to stop taking risks!

It's nothing like me. I never take risks. And I'm about the most patient person you could meet. I'm so patient, I'm almost comatose.

I am the esc key! LOL! What key are you? Did I miss it??

Some people might try to say you're impulsive and rash.
You like to consider yourself decisive and committed instead.

You don't have a lot of trouble making very final decisions.
You trust your instincts, and you don't waver. You just go for it!

Hmmm, is that me? LOL It might be... *snicker*

Amy, probably means you're good at more than one thing. :)

I was DELETE, Terri. The "key" didn't really fit, but at least I didn't invest a lot of time in taking the quiz. LOL

Scott, sounds like a fun description. Your writing style at your blog is always lively. And, PS, I don't do FaceBook or Twitter. Got enough on my hands to keep the blog going. :)

ENTERed the world of blogging, Jinksy, and never looked back!

Anita...hmmm, maybe that's another side of you that wants to come out...or maybe the quiz is just silly. *grin*

Lynette, Mr. Google is my boyfriend -- always faithful and gives me everything I ask for. LOL

Melissa & Michelle, even though there was a question about writing on that quiz, I don't think it's designed for the writerly genius that is us. :)

I was DEL, Cheffie.

Jessica, maybe it's one side of ya. LOL

That was interesting, Angie. When I saw the question, I immediately said "Delete". Then I took the quiz, and sure enough, I was Delete - but not for the reasons I would have given. Some people might try to say you're standoffish and aloof.
You prefer to think of yourself as a person of few words.

You like to live simply, speak simply, and act simply. It's all about editing.
No wonder you're the first person your friends call when they need a mess cleaned up!

The last sentence doesn't fit me at all, but the rest of it isn't far off.

I got something special in the mail today - thank you, Angie. Now I can feel as if I'm right there with you when I have my morning coffee.

LOL! I'm the ALT key too... I guess that means I'm strange--but er, I already knew that! LOL!

I'm so happy to be back!

I'm a Tab & the analysis is almost on the money:

"Some people might try to say that you're always spaced out.You do tend to be a dreamer, but you're also a great multitasker.

You work quickly and efficiently. So it's no problem if you goof off a little while you're working.

And if people want to think you're flakey, that's fine. You're getting more done than they are."

I'm "Ctrl" I agree with the first part (and so would my hubby, who gets annoyed when I micromanage his dishwasher-loading), but not so much with the last part--I don't really like to lead.

"Some people might try to say that you're too controlling.
And while there is a controlling aspect to your personalty, you like to think you're competent.

You are an expert in many fields. You tend to really know your stuff. You tend to take the reins whenever it's needed. You like to lead, and people like to follow you."

I hate pop quizzes. Think I got ctrl. May have mispelled it though.

Sandra, so glad the coffee arrived! Let me know how you like it. (The pkg. that got taken to the deer camp by mistake...I can replace it if you like our brand.) :)

Welcome back, Jenni/giddy! I've been wondering how you're doing. And you're only strange in a good kind of writer way. LOL

t i m, glad your key fit you, you maverick. And good to see you're back in the Blogosphere again!

It was a strange little test, wasn't it Amie?

Oren, at least you weren't graded on this quiz. :)

LOL, kimmi. Forward is a good direction. Onward ho!

Well, I'm the Tab Key and I guess it's pretty close. I never saw myself as a dreamer and I don't believe people see me as "spaced out," but I do spend a lot of time thinking when I'm alone. The last part fit better as I work fast and efficiently and I multitask (although I'm not as good at that as I used to be). That was fun!

Angie Ledbetter said...

Carmen, thanks for stopping in, and glad you had fun with that silly quiz. :)
