Love the blue agave cactus! It's my new friend. And I now feel required to eat chocolate - and I love you for it.

Let me attempt some of these brain teasers:

1. Advice
2. Your name (or your phone number)
3. A promise?
4. Avocado?

Hmm--still love bananas more!
I wanted to thank you for my surprising gift I got in the mail in Sat! You did surprise me and I plan to go by a new shirt for hopefully some good interviews! Thank you!

MLK and Dolly. Somehow I can see them enjoying each other immensely.

Bella, I think you should get one. Think how much fun it'd be for it to torture Magda and the neighbors!

Aww, giddy girl, thanks. (I hate pics of myself. Rather be behind the camera.)

Jessica, he's one of mine too. Great day to ya.

LOL, Rebecca. If coffee had some protein in it, I'd be Mz. America!

Lori, my pleasure. Tequilla and chocolate...who knew? Great answers, btw. I didn't even attempt.

So glad mail arrived safely, Terri, and happy you won the contest. :)

Tricky brain teasers! Thanks for the link to the blog. Sounds neat!

Did you have to mention chocolate? Brain teasers be blowed, this is a tongue teaser when you don't have a bar of it in the cupboard...

Morning, Janna. (I wouldn't be able to figure out the riddles either. But the answers are at the bottom.)

Jinksy, dear, I bet if you dig long and hard enough, you can find a biscuit or two in the cupboards! :)

Kathryn, I must say, your post on giant chickens was amusing. Lemme know what ya think about The Truth Teller.

Attempting to answer trivia w/o looking!
Almost everyone needs it, and yet almost nobody takes it, even when it is available. What is it? Tme?

What belongs to you but others use it more than you do? Your Name?

What is is that you will break even when you name it? Habit?

The leaves are on the fruit, The fruits is on the leaves. What is it? Artichokes?

Yay, I learned something new today! Well, several new things, actually. And that parrot tidbit had me laughing out loud. I'm useless when it comes to riddles, but I like to try anyway. Fun stuff!

How DO you come up with these types of posts, Angie? I'd love to mix things up like this week after week, but I don't know how. Teach me, blogging master :-)

Love the bird. Still a little out of sorts. Looking forward to laughing some. It helps.

bernthis, aim higher. Much higher. :O)

Dang, Kimmi, that was awesome work. If I hadn't had the answers, I wouldn't have "had a clue." hehe

L.C., I'm no master...more like Grasshopper! What works for me (and I think readers enjoy) is covering different fun stuff each day of the week. Mondays are trivia, fluff, quizzes, brain teasers, riddles, etc. Tues. are for recipes. Then it's Writing Wednesday. Thursdays...umm, must be kinda flexible since I can't recall what the topic is. LOL. Fridays are Ledbetter Lunacy. On Saturdays, I've started keeping it shorter since some bloggers seem to take weekends off. Sundays are jokes, yapping and/or Politically Incorrect stuffs. I guess you just experiment and find what works for you & your readers.

Oren, y'all are still in my prayers since the loss of your good daddy. ((((Oren))))

LOL, Renea.
