Tasty Tuesday ~~ Recipe for Disaster?

I think I've got enough ingredients in my personal social media pie now to need a bottle of Pepto nearby.........

Any "recipe" tips for successfully adding FaceBook to the mix would be greatly appreciated! [Yeah, I joined last night, and am muddling around trying to figure things out. Ack!]

If you use tweetdeck you can have facebook pop up along side your twitter account. :O)

I have been avoiding facebook like the plague. . . most because I'd have to like show my face????

but lately I've been toying with the idea.

Love to know how you make out . . .

Ahhh! LOL! My mom just barely let me get a Facebook account last month. Thank goodness! I LOVE it!! I just found out that I'm in a suite at college in the fall. So, it's been a HUGE help to connect with my roommate, suitemates, and other classmates!

I'm sure you'll figure it out soon, it's not tooooo difficult to figure out *wink*
Good luck!

I spent a memorable two hours on the phone with my mom trying to explain to her what a status update was, how to upload a profile pic, why she should avoid certain time-sucking Facebook applications (Mafia Wars, Farmville, etc.), and how to search for, add and accept friends...only to have her decide she didn't like it and deactivate her account a few weeks later.

I never thought I'd be sitting in my den commenting on something about "tweetdeck" and "facebook popping up". Surreal.
And I have all these things. They are disjointed and I'm not sure I have the energy to ever understand how to meld them. And where to find the time to do that.
