Great advice. I know I sweat like the dickens playing ball in this weather, and nothing keeps your body going like good old-fashioned water.

Just got back from Austria, where they mix everything with soda/sparkling water, increasing the water content of Coke, beer, wine and juice. Proportions are about half and half. I personally like Soda-Zitron, which is the juice of one lemon mixed with sparkling water (like lemonade without the sugar).

We went to a spa in the West Indies a few years ago and they served the best water in the world... light, refreshing.

I asked why their water was so delicious - it was cucumber!

Float a cucumber slice or two in a tall glass of ice water. Trust me, you'll never use lemons again.

My father-in-law would say to that - you mean you can drink that stuff? People bathe in it!
I, on the other hand, love me some water.

You caught me on this one! Was expecting a luscious plate of fresh fruit or an ice cream dessert!

Just water--JUST LIFE!
