Blue Moon and Cactus Blooms

May your 2010 be full of blue moon surprises
and wings to soar over any problem that arises.
Kind family hands that hold your heart dear,
days of gentle rains and golden sunrises.
Luminous wild blossoms of all sizes,
loving good friends both far and near.
These things and more I pray and visualize
for you - gifts of the spirit in this new year.

No Blue Moon here in Philly due to an icy cold rain that shelved our New Year's Eve plans, but after a week of socializing I kind of enjoyed a quiet night in front of the fire.

Best to you and yours.

Nan, a good quiet night at home is often the best celebration. May your 2010 pen never run out of ink as the stories and editing flow. :)

Thanks. The very best new year to you too Donna. I'm easing back on to the Bloggeritaville saddle! I think I'm gonna do Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. :)

Ditto to you, Hilary. I'm looking forward to some more of your wonderful photography in the new year.

Thanks, Angie! Same to you - and I'd express it as beautifully, but you're a much more talented poet than I.

Have been nominated for an award - http://tiny.cc/ShortyAwards - and am currently in 2nd place (ahead of JK Rowling and Neil Gaiman at the mo) so pop across and take a look. I nominated you too :) Go Word Nerd!!

Miss you to bits.

Much love,
