Friday Foibles ~~ Yes, Clara, I CAN get it all in just one load...

Depending on your perspective, the driver of the car in the picture below could either be an optimist or a plain ol' garden variety scabooble head.

Judge for yourself.

And if you have a story to share about an instance when your bullheadedness overcame your senses, please DO! Have a glorious weekend. (To you NaNo-ites, flying fingers and plenty of writing time to you!)

What were they thinking??

Okay, I have a pet peeve. It's on Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Meals. Why does she insist on creating a tower of ingredients when starting a meal? It's not that hard to divide it into two trips. Just sayin'!

Enjoy your weekend!

Love the picture of idiocy, but even more I love the phrase "scabooble head." Love. It.

I-12!!! :) xoxoxo

Haha! I vote scabooble head. My next worry would be what he's planning to build with all that wood. A safety heart-attack no doubt.

Jill - I confess my guilt of doing the same thing when bringing groceries inside. Try to get it all in one load. It's like a challenge or something. LOL

Deb - Glad you like my term for the less colorful "sh** head" ya normally hear. :D

Surprisingly, it wasn't even a southern driver, Carol!

I wondered same thing Jane. (A dog house to live in?)

Looks like they didn't plan ahead. LOL

Egad! Hahaha! I'm surprised the weight hasn't broken out the back windows and windshield. Hate to be the car following behind if any of those safety ropes snaps.

Angie Ledbetter said...

Same to ya Eileen!

Jessica - Yup, then was too prideful to admit he'd oerloaded himself at Home Depot. hehe

Michelle - The story said the cars rear wheels popped and the axel came up through the trunk.....messed the whole car up.

Kat - Brickheadedness is good, as long as it don't lead ya to do STOOPID stuff like that driver. :) Cool news about Deb, hunh?!

LOL Karen. Hope you get some mileage out of it.

oh my GOD I think that's my brother in law!!
Yeah, the one that put the power out of his WHOLE neighborhood when he stuck the screwdriver in an outlet in his kitchen. WITHOUT turning off the power.

Hilarious! I hope there's nothing important in that trunk. What was the driver thinking? Those poor tires...can you imagine the explanation at home? "Uh, yeah. Hon, I kind of went a little crazy at the hardware store. Can I borrow your car?"

Angie Ledbetter said...

VM - Laughing! Every family has one..or more. :)

Stacy - Driver wasn't thinking, just doing. And you're right, it would be a borrowed car. LOL
