...then check out Melissa's The Just Write Challenge. Several of us did the trial run this month, and the official date begins February 1st.
And speaking of food, y'all might all enjoy this humorous video called Food to Die For from CBS.

Let's be honest. All of it.
Oren
I eat junk food rarely, but when I do I treat myself to a juicy cheeseburger.
I followed a few tips and changed some thingies on my blog. Can you see the post now?
Cape Cod Potato Chips--any flavor!
Junk food? Yummy. I'm a sucker for Nachos and Buttery Popcorn! Sigh! yeah, my mouth is watering just writing this! And I'm so glad you posted about melissa's challenge! January's was fun!

I'm headed to the link now--you always have good ones!! Have a good day writing and doing what you do!
I lurve fried foods, like those wonderfully delicious-looking fries in the post. Mmm...
I don't know if it's an age thing or what. A couple of weeks ago I went out to lunch at a pub and had a urge for a burger––hadn't had one in years. Suddenly, when they placed it in front of me––this huge patty on a big bun where the grease had soaked in––it looked so gross (and this wasn't fast food). I ended up removing the top part of the bun, sticking a slice of tomato on top and eating it that way, and even then I only managed half.
Fries still tempt me, though nothing in that video looked the least bit appealing.
I have a weakness for McDonalds' quarter pounders. Rarely eat them now, but when I treat myself...oh boy.
LOL, Oren. I hear ya!
Bella, yes, I can see clearly now (sounds like a song), and thank YOU for the blog love!
Love those chips, Rebecca. Strange to me that we have 'em down here in Cajun land.
Jenni, oh the movie theater popcorn...now complete with its own fountain dispenser of heart-stopping self-serve butter!!
Same to you, & thanks, Terri.
Janna, yeah, the fries are probably one of my top 3 too.
Yuck on soggy buns, Nan!
LOL, Hilary...'specially the "waitress nurses." gark.
Melissa, we must all have our little guilty pleasures!
Doughnuts!
Mornin' angie! I visited the links!
As for junk food: french fries! Hot salty - crispy on outside, soft on inside - no limp stuff, no cold ones, no extra seasonings - just good ole french fries!
Oreos, for sure. Dipped in milk until they are all squishy.
Cookie Dough! From the store or homemade, I don't care. It's my curse, and so I buy it rarely because I'm addicted and will eat it all up.
Coneys (but only from the metro Detroit area) and White Castle cheeseburgers.
Dang it Angie, I'm trying desperately to stick to my diet and now you got me craving a coney dog :).
Lol, Angie you just gotta check this out!!

Cheeseburger, fries. Multiple cheeseburgers, really. And large fries. And super guilt afterward.
french fries, fo' shizzle! LOL only certain establishments but unfortunately they seem to be all over the place where I live.
Dip them in a shake for over the top deliciocity :D
French fries or nachos! Oh honey!
Mmmm, Marilyn!
Kathryn, me too. When you get here, we'll find the best and get some. :)
I'm a cruncher, not a dipper, Wendy. But Oreos are hard to beat.
Oooo, Jessica. Sinfully delish!
Jenna, sounds good. We have decent ones at Sonic, but nothing like the real thang.
OMG, kimmi, stomach's growling now!!
Suldawg, don't worry 'bout no guilt. It'll ruin your digestion. LOL
LOL, Jenn. I'll have to try that.
Sharla, love homemade nachos. mmm mmm goodness.
LOL! That video was hysterical! I have to show it to the hubby when he gets home. It's like a parody of the movie Super-Size Me.
Our junk food of choice is pizza. I'm tempted to order some right now, but I'll resist. Don't want those clogged arteries :-)
Thanks for the link about the Just Write Challenge, too; I'm signing up, and I'll post the link on my blog tomorrow. I loved NaNoWriMo, and I'm sure this will be just as fun!
I only do this about once every ten years, but I'll buy a box of Captain Crunch with Crunchberries and a pint of half-and-half. It doesn't get much more heart-stopping than that!
Fish and chips eaten with the fingers straight from its paper wrapper, out in the open air. Mmmm... Yummy.
