Please indulge another brief interlude with craziness. If you were a box of cereal, which one would it be, and why?

I'd be the nastiest, most plain, store brand one. Just because I hate cereal.
Why, meusli, of course - simply because you never know what may turn up in it - and it often has a lot of nuts!
I love to eat Honey Nut Cheerios with sliced bananas. However, I adore the commercials with the little frosted mini wheats swimming in the bowl of milk.
It would be wise to be a very bland, boring, even disgusting cereal because then I would survive. If you're tasty - poof - you're gone.
Nut n' Honey! All the way! LOL! That was fun!
Love JyLnC's answer about being a nasty cereal so she wouldn't be eaten up *laugh*
Hmmm....hmmmm, what cereal? the one that's hard on the outside, but full of soft goodness on the inside? That sounds more like candy than cereal! teehee
expat, welcome home from the honeymoon, and you're the first person I ever met who hates cereal.
Jinksy & JyLnC, LOL.
giddy, is that the one with the busy bee on the commercials? Figures!
Kathryn...granola? :)
The fact that the first thing that came to my mind was "Captain Crunch with Crunch Berries" is somewhat troubling to me!!!
Fruit loops. I don't know if there is any explanation needed. I'm loopy.
Frosted mini-wheats, the best of both worlds cereal--healthy on one side, not so much on the other.
I love Amy's comment - yes, girlfriend, that is a bit troubling. However, we all have our demons. If someone held a gun to my head and demanded to know the answer to this deep and mysterious question, I'd have to say Cocoa Krispies. If you were to peel all my layers away and get down to the pure essence of my soul, you would find "chocolate freak." (Or at least "freak.")
Amy, made me smile. (A good thing after picking up doggie poop.)
Perfect, Colby. :)
LOL, Rebecca & Debra S! I guess I'll go ahead and claim Coco Puffs, which is self-explanatory.
Good Gawd! This is a tough one. I guess I would pick Honey Bunches of Oats. I have no idea what that says about my personality.
PS - I'm going to read your Seeds of Faith again - there must be a reason all these titles and names and things are turning a spotlight on me, for example: the word "Faith" the word "Grace" the word "tender" ...it seems everywhere I turn, something is pulling at me to see things I haven't seen in so long -- and to feel things i haven't felt in even longer.
I could tear up - stupid ole tough old me.
I keep thinking of the dream I had of you pointing to that writing on that scrap of paper - well, it was a folded piece of paper - I wonder what was in the folds? I wonder what you had written - you were smiling so wide! you were happy - what was it all about? I can see you so clearly - see your finger pointing to the words...and me scribbling something...
ah well, this comment is too long and people will think I'm batty *laugh* (unless they already think that from my posts! erk)
PS - and by spotlight on me - I don't mean "spotlight lighting me" but the other way around - a spotlight on those THINGS, not me - I am crazy - I need some sleep *laugh* I'm rambling like a loon!
I would be Nuttin' Honey. Wife has heard that answer way too many times.
Miss Kat,
Enjoy the sonshine. This is shaping up to be a pretty special year, in more ways than one.
Oren
Amy, the same cereal came into my head! Hahahaha.
Hmm...I honestly don't know. I love me some Fruity Cheerios, though!
Lucky Charms my favorite, although I do not consider myself lucky, I love eating the marshmallows!!!
I would be a box of LIFE cereal. I've certainly seen a lot of it....life that is!
I'd be a generic bags of "Puffed Corn." The kind that doesn't even come in a box.
Okay, well not really.
I tagged you on my blog, dear Angie.
I've got to go with "Puffed Corn," too, but in the box.
Opening it, you find a big bag filled with mostly air, and the actual contents settling around the middle...
Michelle, you'd definitely have to be something sweet.
Kathryn, going to return your email next. Hugs and more hugs. Things are really heatin' up, huh?
LOL, Oren. Hugs to the clan & prayers for the one in need.
Melissa, that sounds good!
I like Lucky Charms, too, kimmi, which is strange b/c I don't like marshmallows in anything else.
Good one, Barbara!
Puffed corn, Wendy? I'll come check out that tag shortly.
LOL, Eric. Loved your reasoning behind your choice. :)
Lucky Charms because it's fun, but my first thought was Frosted Flakes...just because I love that tiger. Grrrrrreeeeeaat!
What a fun question! Lucky Charms was the first thing that came to my mind, and judging my the previous comments, I have some company. Great minds think alike! I like to think we're both fun and colorful...and hopefully sweet :-)
LC and Sharla, maybe it means you'll be lucky this year too. :)
I have thought about this for a minute and first I thought of a box of bran cereal..but that was too graphic..and old fashioned...and not near as fun as I am...I love cereal but I guess I would have to say a box of cereal bars. I do better with a bit of structure and the idea of being individually wrapped, less able to dry out and ready for pack and go really appeals to me!! :):) Fun Exercise!
AVT, you get extra points for originality. ;)
Rice Krispies - full of snap crackle and pop. And versatile. Add some marshmallows and butter and you have comfort to the max. And enduring - they've been around forever.
Deb, most excellent choice! Enduring, sweet and versatile.
I'd have to be Special K . . . it doesn't really seem like much of anything at first glance, but then it surprises you with its crunchy deliciousness (not that I'm claiming to be crunchy or delicious--I just tend to surprise a lot of people).
